not impressed

My chauffeur was 20 minutes late for a pick up from my home address to the Airport. He had no petrol in his car, so we had to take a detour whilst I directed him to the nearest petrol garage, he then had to break the speed limit to get to my desired destination in time. For which he did apologise. He had no pen for me to sign the receipt, was wearing an un ironed shirt and didnt have all his buttons done up.
