Alan D School Of Hairdressing

Today 21 July 08 we went to school to have high lights and roots or one color base …the teacher with red hair was called Andrea [later resulted the manager]. The student who did my hair was someone that I learned while she was doing the highlights, came there only once a every 4 weeks. I realize she had no experience at all doing high lights… my only hope was Andrea ‘’I thought she had given student correct colors for highlight and base. Color gold medium blonde and sort of light maroon/brown as base.... I accepted me hair was not in good shape, also the color was very light brown with shades of early high-lights, the back of my neck was darker but was cover by other hair. . Andrea explained me that she could not two colors of high lights as was to be complicate for student. Reason I chose only base and the medium blonde as height light. At one point I told them my high lights were ready otherwise would turned yellow. Andrea ignored me I did not see my hair after the student put it with toner. I was shock it was yellow No high-lights can be seen it is all yellow blonde on the front and only dark brown on back.... I ask where are the highlights?? . Why is this color?? Where is the color I chose?? Andrea had the cynic to tell me it was the same color I asked … Despite my hair was put 3 times a toner the color remain ugly and yellow /white… after I told her why she did look into what the student was dong, Andrea decide I was not person for the school and that my hair was to be brush and that was all help … the student brush my hair with wrong brush my hair keep falling so I took my own brush and began to brush my hair, my hair was falling so I took strings of hairs from the brush and showed her comparing with the example of the color I chose at the beginning .. The color was totally different … her replay was. I am not going to talk to you, you are upsetting the student … what about my hair? I replay ….she told me nothing more we can do for you…and please leave …I asked for the manager she told me I am the manager… I began to cry I could understand why she could not be more helpful … I told her I usually go to Tony and Guy but they do not have appointments for highlights so I thought I would try at ALAN school your school. But I made an error. The director of the school come and told me to go to Tony and Guy. I told them yes I would do and never come here again you here ruined my hair despite ‘’it was a simply highlight, one color only and a base [I paid 35 pounds not even at Tony and Guy or Vidal Sassoon Or Wella one pays that much. My daughter was shock of the state and color of my hair!!! I went to few schools and of all those I can said the ALAN School of is for me the worse of the worse … I realize Tony and Guy, Vidal Sassoon Wella are the best of the best in all fronts no wonder one have to make an appointments weeks ahead … Rossi
