Ruined our Party

Very unprofessional. Arrived late, in tracksuits for Black Tie event. Owner/main bartender appeared not very with it, and the other bartender did not know what he was doing. Despite assuring us they were 'professional' they quite early on ran out of beers and vodka, and by the end of the evening only had Sambucca left, and had even run out of glasses! Main bartender spent only 1.5 hour behind the bar and then spent the rest of the evening sat in his van. They left a huge mess when they left...ruined my mothers 50th birthday celebration!
