  Dear Advanced Heating team, You paid me a visit on 5 Aug 09. On that visit you did repair my back boiler(the one that not many people know much about!!) I had problem finding the right person to do the job. I had to pay a lot of money for the parts that were not even needed. I just felt that wouldn't be able to find anyone who could be able to repair my back boiler. Finally, I found you and our expertise got me out of troubles. I wish to thank your engineer Oville for being so helpful. He spent his time, looked at things properly and made sure all the problems were full resolved before he left. Since then everything has been absolutely fine. One thing I wish to say to you is you have a very good engineer in your firm. Next time I call you back I will personally ask for him back without hesitation. At the same time if any of your customers needs reference I will be the one so and I will back you up the whole way.   Your review for plumber BR4 Plumber brombly Boiler breakdown Bromley invoice number . 6643‎ - ‎ - Today hi its rachel,thank you for coming today, im just giving you feedback following that instruction card you gave me today to give you feedback; It told me to come here to google maps reviews, well :- 1) quality of workmanship- excellent,i was happy with the neat job darren made of fitting those taps and sink. 2) Value for money- yes very good, definatley would use you again. 3) overall service- excellent, liked the fact a dust sheet was used. 4) comments- i would suggest you get more staff to answer the phones! i know you are busy, !!!! but in this day and age thats good. 5) do i want to enter the prize draw- yes .   hi there its colin, you sorted my shower last month, and you asked to get a review, no worries, my feedback is you got me sorted quick, and knew what you were doing, very polite, and imimpressed. Will use you again, and any customer seeing this be assured. I have agot a hot shower that I need after I finish the Thai Boxing, as after my training I need that.   Thanks for the hard work at Christmas, ; im putting this here now as you asked me to comment, and go in for that draw. No worries, I think you are great as a dustsheet was used, charges were fair, and the best of all- when my grandchildren came down from Scotland, they were warm thanks to you! You were the only one who got my heating working, When I lived in Dunblane, Soctland, I never got a great plumbing service like this. Top marks, regards , Jim and Anne
