  • 2 Avoid, ripoff, scam

    Would avoid like the plague. Actually would chose the plague over these guys. After disapearing for 45 minutes to “buy parts” and charging for the time spent doing so, then proceeded to charge extra because delay had pushed job in to more expensive time slot. Left heaters leaking on to floor when out parts buying because had “forgot” to fully drain system. Finally, left one radiator severelly with slow drip on to carpet at end of job. Took much chasing to get an engineer to return, and then was forced to pay an additional call out fee and hourly charge (at highest timeslot charge) to fix (a problem which the “engineer”) had himself caused). Bank account health alert!

  • 2 worst customer service ever

    Pretty much same experience as a customer below. We explained the problem extensively on the phone with our washing machine. An engineer came didn't even open the panel and said it would be cheaper to buy a new one rather than look inside it to see what's wrong and then charged 92 pounds + VAT for 20 minutes putting on the invoice that he stayed 45 minutes. This is a complete reap off.
