    I got through, made an appointment and found excellent help - this has been of incredible benefit to me. All the paper-work was taken out of my hands, I didn't have to worry about anything, and the result was an increase in benefit which has been a life-saver.

    I did not think I would be able to speak to anyone as the hours of opening are short. When the phone stopped ringing the answer machine was full so I could not leave a message, and there were no details of opening hours or other contact details.
