Brief description

Br3ak free is a spacious, well equipped private centre designed for adults with learning disabilities. We have various rooms to develop creative talents and daily living skills. We have a very therapeutic and relaxing sensory room. We try to be flexible therefore are open 7 days a week - 8am-8pm.

Great services!!

My daughter is attending this centre. I am often at work and i dont want her to stay at home, i wanted her to develop her skills and interests, so when i have heard about Br3akfree i have given it a shot. I have seen a few day care centres before, but they do not compare to Br3akfree. It is such a great centre for adults with learning disabilitites. My daughter is their service user. She loves it! Composing music, painting in the paiting room and creating in the arts and crafts room! We both enjoy the sensory room where we can relax and enjoy a peace of mind laying on a massage chair. There is so much going on! All the activities - we have attended horse riding, cycling and even gardening! The social events are great, we have met many people that have much in common.

Excellent day centre!!

This is a centre designed for adults with learning disabilities. I love the service they provide! It is so spasious and well organised! My daughter enjoyed the music instruments in the music room, painting on the walls in the painting room, but most of all we spent quality time relaxing together in the sensory room! The staff are great - they are polite and professional, they have designed a tailor made programme for my girl and she can enjoy various activities every day! So far she has done so many activities that i wouldnt even think are availible for adults with learning disabilities! I would totally recommend as we have tried a few day centres before, but they have dissapointed me in one way or another.
