    • 10 inspiral lounge

wow I have just been to inSpiral where they have recently launched their latest innovation - a totally vegan, sugar free (as far as agave counts as that) and soya free ice cream range. Some of the flavors (and they have lots) are based on young coconuts, some on cashews - seriously - never had anything so amazing in my life. To find something so delicious and actually healthy has been a real eye opener. I heartily recommend this to even the most hardened dairy and sugar ice cream fan - you will be amazed. anyway - the lounge is an awesome place - they are telling me that they are now changing their hot and cold buffet so its going to be entirely gluten and soya free! I have been checking out progressive health food places for quite some time now in particular around london and I think there ain't no other place that combines that kind of thinking with so much fun and dynamism the only downside is that they don't stock their cds in the shop anymore - you have to order online - bit annoying but hey...

    • 10 Ethical eating through organic food

The InSpiral Lounge calls itself London’s first organic vegetarian fast-food outlet. Munch on a nutrient-rich salad of seaweed, carrot, and Goji Berries with raw sesame hummus while listening to live music on Friday and Saturday nights. The lounge also offers full hot food and raw vegan buffets. For those on a budget, the curry and rice Camden Special costs less than two quid. Other popular mains include Thai massaman curry, as well as roast fennel and wild mushroom lasagne.

    • 10 Seriously Groovy Food

I dropped by the lounge the other day and was very impressed by their offerings. From raw cakes to vegan Lasagne, some seriously yummy sandwiches and delicious smoothies - all for very reasonable prices! Having been around Camden to do shopping I found the place an oasis of peace and tranquility - I spend quite a while working on my laptop as you get free wifi as their customer - I am yet to go to one of their evening events cause they look really good and I have heard great things about it!
