Citymove Removals - DO NOT USE!

I had booked Citymove for a 2.5T + 2 men van for a tuesday after the bank holiday. I did it online and got a confirmation email. I repeatedly tried to phone on the friday but couldnt get through their phone system and spent 15 minutes waiting. They failed to turn up at 730am. I desperately tried to contact them, but couldnt get through. After 2 hours of waiting, I had to sort out a booking with another company that managed to do the job. I managed to get through later that day to someone from Citymove and they gave me a half-assed excuse that only explained how incompetent they were and told me to send in an email (I suspect just to get me off the phone). I sent in an email and had no response. These guys let me down badly and couldnt even be bothered to explain why. Do not use them!

Happy Mover

Citymove Removals moved me yaetserday and I have to say it was the best move i've has yet and it is 1 of many. I booked the move in online direct on their website, got a confirmation booking email within minutes, and a follow up phone call shortyl afterwards. These guys know their stuff , the move ran quickly and smoothly and was over and done in no time.

Great Move, Great Guys

These guys are great, have recommended them already to all my friends. Citymove Removals made my moving experience a pleasure, the guys were friendly and took care of my stuff with a lot of care (not a scratch). They are quick to, and you only pay for the time you use. Very Happy, thanks Citymove.

Excellent service

My movers called me the day before my move and told me they couldn't fit me in. I searched on google and found Citymoves. The staff were friendly and courteous, and very easy to deal with. The removalists arrived on time and were very efficient. I have already recommended Citymoves to friends!
