About Us

Secretsales.com is a free private online club which organises exclusive sales for its members only.

Our sales are from well-recognised and established brands and are sold at reduced prices (typically between -30% and -80%) compared to the retail price.

The Secret Sales include fashion, accessories, home wares, sports equipment, electronics & technology, travel items, jewellery & watches and children's products.

All items are 100% genuine and we work closely with the brands and premium suppliers to ensure we offer you the best possible products at the lowest prices. Items are put on sale on a brand-by-brand basis and these sales will continuously change every 2-4 days.

We endeavour to work with suppliers to represent the brands in the best possible way. You'll be able to view audio-visual showcases to familiarise you with what each brand is all about and some of the items on sale.

Our members receive weekly email invitations to the sales which allow them to immediately purchase products from distinguished brands from the comfort of their own homes or offices!

Whilst our membership will always remain free, the option to become a member will be available for a limited time only. Once the membership gates have closed try to find a friend who is already a member and can refer you to our private club

Good if you're not in a rush and for items you don't need to try on

You can pick up some good bargains from SecretSales.com - but just don't expect the orders to arrive fast. Sometimes you have to wait weeks for the orders to be posted out - it's what you have to put up with for a bargain! Also, as with similar "sales" online stores, there isn't a free returns service, so don't go overboard with ordering garments you're not sure will fit.

Terrible Service

Ordered for Valentines day, SecretSales promised 48hr Delivery. One week later they cancelled my order leaving me 2 days to find alternative gift. Rubbish

Very dissapointing

I have ordered from Secretsales twice and on both occasions after nearly a month of email tennis i was told the items were no longer available! Even had two emails 3hrs apart one confirming a delivery date and aopogising for the delay, then another telling me they no longer had it!!!! leaves a lot to be desired. Great idea in principal but in reality a huge let down.
