Good at Sales Poor at Service

When I rang EPC I was promised to have the mouse problem in my kitchen resolved. A very young boy came to our home and just told us that it was our fault they were here. This caused a major argument with our landlord who was prepared to pay for the service. I keep my house spotless and this insulted me somewhat! They sound and look great but think before you make any bookings with a company that empolys children>
