Errors and Poor Service

It took two months from my initial visit to Walsh glazing for them to deliver the wrong window (with several visits and phone calls in the meantime). They required constant prompting to even place the order and I was not given any written confirmation of my order. They then denied I had ordered something quite different from what was finally delivered and refuse to correct the order or even let me speak to the person who initially took the order. They have been rude and unhelpful throughout the process. My advice would be to use Bespoke windows who are also based in East Dulwich, but if you do use Walsh make sure you get some paperwork before handing over any money!
