• Avoid at all costs

  I purchased a 160 pound suitcase and when I asked for a receipt I was told they couldn't give me one. All they had was a little slip from the till with the total price, but no brand name or model number. Without an original store receipt it is not possible to get warranty (or to claim insurance, if it is stolen for example). I was told I would not get a receipt and the unfriendly woman made it clear she thought I was being difficult ("I don't know how to give you a receipt - I only work here" she said!). I asked her to call her manager to solve the problem. The manager told me to 'f**k off'. I was completely flabbergasted. At no point had I raised my voice or said anything profane. Also my wife was completely shocked. I told the shop assistant what her boss had said and she said: 'then why don't you'. Needless to say we do not recommend this shop. Not only did we get incredibly insulted, also the shop apparently thinks it is okay to sell products without a warranty. We would advise caution and recommend people avoid this shop.
