Forget bowling past, the Bloomsbury Bowling Lanes is totally unique for London or indeed anywhere! Our team have created a venue that takes it's lead for 1950's America, where bowling was the height of style. Many of our guests comment about the fantastic atmosphere that we have. This is mostly due to the vibrant mix of people whom we attract but also the care and time our team put into the venue. Look closely and you will notice features such as our sleek above lane ball returns (sourced from Canada of all places), our bar made from old bowling lanes wood and our pristine 1950's carpet, which had spend 40 years in storage before we found it.

Great night out!

Went to BBL with colleagues and what a great night out. It felt as genuine (of a bowling alley) as it gets - great tunes, good greasy food, and huge bar. A pity the lanes and kareoke rooms are fully booked by the time one gets there - apparently they take most bookings by phone, but a few time slots can be booked at the venue at 8pm. It does get quite busy... so arrive early! maybe time to open another venue!?
