Excellent Customer service

I contacted the clinic via the online form through their website. They responded within 5 minutes of my submission to book an appointment for the circumcision. They also sent us a text message confirming time, address and date (very impressive) To be on the safe side, as i couldnt find any reviews on this clinic online, i had to check the doctor's registerations and ensure they are ok. They have given us full instructions on what to do after the circumcision for the baby. They also gave us antisciptic cream and a leaflet to explain to us what to do in case things went wrong. The only thing that i found odd, was the waiting room we were asked to stay in. It wasnt the best place to be left waiting in, especially when i was feeling unsure about the whole thing and very worried.
