Brief business description
The name ‘U-ma’ means no more. It was uttered as a protest by onlookers witnessing the severe austerities the goddess Uma, took on behalf of her husband Shiva. ‘No more’ can also be uttered as a resolve to change our lives, say ‘no more’ to the vrttis (bad habits) of the past, and to enter into a yoga practice that will radically alter our existence for the better. I teach Hatha-Vinyasa yoga from beginners to advanced in your own home or in the workplace, helping you discover the secrets to combat stress and make radical changes to your life through an improvement in physical health, flexibility and mental attitude.
