First Musical Academy

The FMA is fantastically enabling and truly open to all comers, somehow able to bring out something in everyone. It has a rare combination of genuine warmth, talent and professionalism which is very refreshing and exciting to be a part of. Within a few weeks of singing with Stanislava my 9-year-old's voice developed noticeably. She loves singing but was painfully shy publicly. Yet just two terms on she has found enough confidence to sing beautifully at the performances that Chris so supportively facilitates and gives of his time freely. These performance afternoons are amazing confidence builders and the mix of people within them is great. The FMA embraces the community it has chosen and we feel very lucky that they are in our area.

My daughter attends first musical and enjoys her lessons. Her comments are: The leaders are caring, friendly and talented. I feel the same and I could also add that they are understanding and very encouraging. Furthermore they are very inclusive (includuing all) particularly during their performance classes. The business is new and provides a great service and with time I'm sure they'll do more to support other creative talents in the community.

Since I have been taking lessons at the First Musical Academy my confidence and voice have improved so much. I have tried many teachers over the years. So far Stanislava is, without question, the best. She is a great classical singer who can show you a great technique. But she is also about nurturing you as an artist, and helping you release your own unique voice. I love my singing lessons and I look forward to them every week!
