    I am having a terrible time with BG&J. What a nightmare, 6 months is taken for a Glass sliding door to be fitted in my house. I have tried to get the work done but BG&J managers normaly don't reply to my requests. I have fully paid for the door and trusted them enough to not have a contrat signed!! My mistake!!!! They now have no intrest to fix the door and it is has been very hard to get them to act. Customer Service?! A joke.
