  I saw the review above and was really surprised. When I phoned about a job vacancy and spoke to Norma Lewis she was really helpful. She asked me questions about my previous experience and although we decided I over qualified for that particular job I would not hesitate to call her again. In fact I found her a lot more honest and friendly than many other agencies.

  I called to register as a nanny, unfortunately all I found at the other end of the line was someone v indisposed and clearly believing that repeating a question in a nice manner was too much for her. Very disappointed!!! Wouldn't recommend!
