Just a quick note to say the service the office offered was truly fantastic! Being a first time buyer and not particularly Mortgage 'savvy', the guys really cared about me understanding the finer details of my Mortgage. I must say thanks to Serena, who worked tirelessly to make sure everything progressed smoothly. The whole process was, even enjoyable! Not sure if that's the right word. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Company, and if there is a Company out there doing a better job, then please let me know. Fantastic!

Remortgage

I have been asked to write a review of James Raynor in order to summarise the service that I had recently with a Remortgage that the Company arranged for me, so here goes: They basically did everything they said they would. We met and had a discussion about what I wanted. They provided quotes, and after discussing their recommendation I was happy to allow them to arrange my Remortgage. They called me and updated me throughout the process and also had the offer arranged within just a few weeks. I cant really find any fault with the service they offered me and am certainly happy to use this Company again, and recommend friends or family.
