Terrible owner and cusomer service

I recently had a splashback installed by Frank from this company. The splashback on one side of the kitchen where I my sockets were was cut out incorrectly and mean't that the sockets were not flush! I contacted Frank in December 2010 shortly after his team had left site.(It was Xmas eve). I did not hear anything. I called again in January 2011 and Frank said he would call me back to visit my house to fix it. He called me twice whilst I was at work and demanded to come round the same day (I am sure most of us who work would appreciate that is impracticable at such short notice). I called Frank again in Feb 2011 and Frank said it was my fault that I had not taken time out. The man was very rude - insisting he had done his best - all I had asked for was that he provide notice of when he could come round,....I did not expect him to be rude and tell me that fee paying jobs took priority - surely I was a fee paying customer.
