I phoned customer service before I placed my order-monday- to check how long it would take for my item to arrive and was told that it would be there by the end of the current week. I found that all right and placed my order over the internet.The money was taken of my account within a minute from processing my order but my item never turned up. Finally on Saturday when my item still hadn't turned up I called costumer service who told me I had to wait till Monday for information about my order.Fine. I rang back on Monday and it took customer service about 10 minutes to find out who I was and another 5 to tell me that my parcel would arrive the next day. Then another 2 hours later I got a dispatch note via email-beare in mind that the item shuld have been there the previous week-. But the nightmare doesn't end here. Been sent with UPS it was not mentioned on the invoice or the dispatch note that I would have to be at home to sign for the parcel. As I am working and the driver wasn't clever enough to ring at my neighbours the parcel wasn't delivered that day-again. I took the next day off work and stayed in all day waiting for the parcel to arrive. Then at half past three I got a note over the UPS tracking service that the driver attempted delivery but no one was at home to recieve the parcel-strange- phoning tapstore we were told that it is not their responsibilty as the order was with UPS now.I suppose after having been paid already cusomer service is not priority anymore. And instead of them finding out where my order is, I am now since four hours off and on the phone with UPS and still don't know where my £174.00 parcel is. I would never ever order anything again with this Company or use UPS and I sure will be glad when this nightmare is over!!!
