  • 2 Very Bad News with Tic

    tell me about it they no longer exist and are no longer available you can also see other ex members thoughts on Singing Pig as well. Any one know of how to get money back from them please let us know. Also any advice on outstanding properties and moving forward would be good thanks.

  • 2 TIC has gone bust!!!

    My experience with TIC is the same as James K. They have now gone bust which is no surprise given that mortgage lenders will not go near over-priced new builds in this credit-crunch climate. TIC was a property investment mistake and there are much better ways of investing in property.

  • 1 TIC Invest is a Bad investment!

    Very clever marketing strategy which persuaded me to become a member for £2500. Very friendly and helpful when you are spending money. Unhelpful, unreliable, unprofessional and often unavailable when your not! Beware of this company! If your looking to develop a portfolio use one of the companies who dont ask for membership fee. TIC will tell you the other companies deals dont stack up and the rent or value is over stated. Maybe so but by no more than TIC's rental predictions. None of my properties bought through TIC reached anywhere near the expected rental income. Average 20% less. I joined this company because i did not have time to look for properties myself, but in the long run i have spent more time chasing unsent, lost, incomplete paperwork, hidden costs. As soon as there is a problem know one wants to know. The stress it has caused has been unbelievable at times. I would not advise anyone to join this company, try somewhere else or do it your self, its not as difficult as it seems. Just get the one under your belt first. I would like to hear from anyone else who has had problems with TIC Invest, please leave a response.
