    Adding my two cents to this thread. Same story as everyone else -- ordered items more than 3 months ago, they charged my credit card without delay and I still have not received them. Emailed jonathan.piggens@blueshoots.com, we'll see what happens. Also contacted Sagepay. How is this company still permitted to operate as a legitimate online retailer?! Do not buy from them!!!!

    As with all your other respondants I ordered from Blueshoots, money taken straight away, No goods. Impossible to contact by phone, never respond by e mail. At present reporting them to Southwark trading standards who apparently have a file open on them and as above report to thier payment bank DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

    I placed an order with UKTV Cookshop for a toaster on 31 may 2010. For the past week i have been trying to get in contact with them, the phone number on their website no longer works and you are given another that is just an answering machine message saying please email us at orders@blueshoots.com. No reply to any of my emails. Came online to check reviews, which are all bad and now im trying to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!!!

    same situation. i ordered kitchen aid artisan mixer 20 March 2010, money taken from my account immediately. still have not got what i ordered. i went and see what's the place under the address on the website and there is no company there under the name of blueshoots. tre problem still not solved.

    Ordered a canteen of cutlery @ end of December 2009, for a wedding gift. received a confirmation e-mail of the order & told delivery would be up to 28 days. Payment taken from my credit card. No response to e-mails sent or to calls made to an auto answer machine. Still no goods or response on 13/02/2010. Have now had my payment returned to my credit card 17/02/2010 Head of blueshoots is: jonathan,piggins@blueshoots.com Maybe he can help other complainants.

    Avoid at all costs, purchased item, no email receipt of order, money taken from card immediately, and no goods received. Fraudster. Coincidentally, 2 weeks later the credit card details I used for the purchase were used for several high value online transactions, fraudulently. Probably just a coincidence!!!
