Awful customer service

I placed an online order with this company nearly a month ago. Still waiting for the items to be delivered, and communication is almost non-existent - no replies to emails, and I was promised a week ago in a voicemail that my order would be dispatched but still waiting a week later. I needed these items urgently. Order now cancelled (but haven't received confirmation of that either!) and spending my money elsewhere - I'd advise anybody else to do the same. Avoid!
