I have been working in private practice since April 2000. I work with EAP providers referrals from doctors, psychiatrists, mental health professionals, social workers and local police.
My main aim is to understand with openness, honestly, integrity and genuine care and concern. I aim to locate the difficulties and allow people to understand their innate problems and deal with it, I help people to develop personal strength to cope with life.
I maintain a respectful relationship with people who are experiencing difficulties which are not always understood or heard. I can understand struggle which remains unnoticed, unheard or completely rejected.
I aim to understand the struggle, pain, anxiety, depression, anguish, anger which remains unprocessed and which leads to confusion, distress, anger or withdrawal from the outside world.
My main aim is to develop a relationship without judgment, understanding, empathy and whole hearted support.

I use integrative model of work which means I use various models of counselling. I deal with the "Here and Now" situations or what ever the clients wants to bring in to the session.
My main interest is existential psychotherapy where I locate a personal dilemma, choice, and inability to act upon once own choices. I have specialist training in eating disorder, cross culture counselling, condition management and stress management.
