  • 1 Oh My god What a dump!!

    There is no easy way to put this so I will just be blunt. Dont even consider going there. We planned a night out in London and needed a place for a few of us to stay for the night. It was never going to be a massive night so we wanted somewhere comfortable but cheap so booked the Chester through an online agent as it was litterally the ONLY one available. We arrived in the road and it started to dawn on us that it wasnt going to be a pretty sight. The rooms are tiny. The beds even smaller and they say that they are en suite but they aren't. The rooms are really poorly maintained with leads running across the floors and stains all over the walls. The reception is downstairs and is looks like someones living room. The rooms do have toilets and a shower but they are in what I can only describe as a portaloo style add in which probably used to be a cupboard. None of the cold water taps in the hotel worked and I am pretty sure that a hooker was living in the room next to us. It really was the worst place that we have ever had to stay in. If you considering going there then dont. If you have booked it I would loose the deposit and look for somewhere else to stay.
