Not to be trusted !

I booked the hotel well in advance, but when I arrived at midnight I heard a story about broken central heating and no room available. I had to look for another hotel. But some time later I found out the hotel charged my credit card.That's stealing ! It's impossible to contact them as they ignore all my emails. Stay away or you may be ripped off too.
