Lavender Restaurant Clapham Junction
Situated inbetween Battersea and Clapham Junction at the top of Lavender Hill, The Lavender is a real find. I went with a friend quite late on a Friday evening and I thought it would be quietening down. It was however packed with really good buzz about the place. It's obviously a popular place. We did however manage to find a cosy table by the window and enjoyed a fabulously cooked rare steak apiece and a bottle of rather good Merlot. I'd heartily recommend a visit.
