Bad service and bad food
My colleague and I went to Allans for lunch today. My food was awfully cold and tasteless but I did not complain. After a cold meal, we had a coffee. We had not finished drinking our cappuccinos when we were asked to leave because they 'needed the table' for other customers. We looked around and did not see anyone waiting. As we did not want to make a fuss, we asked for the bill and they told us to go and pay at the till. When we complain that we were being chucked out before finishing, we did not receive any apologies. We paid 16.90 for a cold soup and an unfinished cappuccino. I would never, ever go to Allans again and would certainly not take any clients there.
