MIchael Wilkins the founder has over 25 years of experience in helping people work better together in a variety of social situations from families to organisations of all types, sizes and sectors. His ability to be a critical friend to leaders of organisations, supporting them in developing their business whilst challenging assumptions to improve their performance, is unique.

We get people working better together so as to increase staff and business performance. We reduce Human Resource issues such as absence problems and poor performance. We mentor and develop leaders and managers to increase their socially intelligence in leading and managing the business. We advise and support the implemention of people processes and structures to aid the delivery of the business strategy We help business to meet the Investors in People National Standard.
