we've had two hen parties here and they've both been amzaing fun. the staff really looked after us and the place just has a really nice atmosphere. i hear its becoming a bit of a name now for karaoke and rightly so. we love it!!!

I would quite seriously avoid this place like the plague. We booked well in advance for a friends hen party. Vox then called that same week and insisted on a deposit or we'd lose the room. On the night we were turning up we called to say we were running a bit late, and the staff took our names and said that was totally fine. We then arrived to find that the room had been double booked. They said this was due to us having a similar name to another party, but the name it was booked under was foreign and unique so that blatantly wasn't the case. They suggested we came back another day. We told them it wasn't possible as the hen do had been arranged for weeks. The manager (Markos) continually shrugged his shoulders and really couldn't have cared less that our night was going to be ruined and was frankly cocky and rude. A traind monkey could have done his job better. We suggested some free drinks as compensaton, but judging by the response we got you'd think we'd asked for a kidney. After waiting for ages, asking them why on earth they took cash off us, why they didn't say anything when we called them evening, and arguing with them for a good hour, they managed to squeeze us into a hot cramped room at the end of the night. Then the Karaoke machine broke. It actually became a comedy of errors, though by then the hen do was ruined. Rude staff, crap service, dire place. I work as a journalist and will gladly tell all I meet about this abysmal place, and its thick as planks staff.

Absolutely amazing!!! Without doubt the best karaoke in London. Huge song selections, beautiful rooms and by far the best value. They've got it spot on we can't get enough
