  I have been going to beauty spot for a couple of months now after being recommended by a friend as the previous place i went was disappointing. The staff are friendly, very helpful and professional, making sure i am happy with the service provided each time. I would deffiantly recommend this place for anyone wanting a professional and friendly service. 2 thumbs up

  I have been a client at Beauty Spot Medi Spa for over 3 years and I have had a number of different treatments. I am really pleased with the Jan Marini facials, as well as the products as I suffer with breakouts quite often. These treatments and products have helped me so much that I use them at home and have done for 3 years. The service and products are highly professional, and I would not go to another clinic for such intense treatments. I have total trust and satisfaction with Doctor Dharini as well as being treated and valued by all staff members. I highly recommend trying the treatments at Beauty Spot you will be amazed.   i agree that the staff are poorly trained and they are over charging. I had a full face IPL Hair removal treatment. It was unsupervised by a doctor and after my 1st session i had swelling below my eye. My left cheek swollen, feel sagging and loads of wrinkles have appeared on my face. My cheek feels constantly numbness. I spoke to the salon regarding my issues and they took NO responsibilty and made me feel like a was making it all up. The staff are very unprofessional and unfriendly. i feel the equipment they are using is cheap as it has caused a reaction to my face and salon has taken no liabilty over this but just quickly refunded me. Thats not good enuf. I am suffering becuase of their mistake for 2 months now. i believe it should be closed down. Alot of customers will be unhappy and they will ruin their lifes.
