    Contacted company to purchase kitchen appliances that could be shipped and utilised abroad. Both appliances (fridge and cooker) had parts missing. After many expensive visits to zhanco and phone calls from abroad to rectify the situation. Zhanco has gone into hiding and still has not produced the parts of the cooker which has meant my mother has not been able to cook a proper christmas dinner for three years, and due to the fact she is now retired, can not necessarily afford a replacement. Very disappointed. Trading standards are now involved.
