• AVOID..Inconsiderate and family non-friendly!!

  VERY DISAPPOINTING visit to venture wandsworth. My wife was turned away by staff on the day we were supposed to pick photos after the shoot. The reason being was that the other parent- me, wasnt present- I was called away on a lastminute emergency. Staff unreasonable, probably dont know how difficult it is to move around london with a 3 month old girl. My wife was turned away and had to go back to Putney without seeng photos... despite me calling in and saying I couldnt make it and happy with whatever my wife choses. VERY DISSAPOINTING way to deal with customers, particulary parents with babies!..particularly famliy NON-friendly and inconsiderate. I really expected more!

• Venture Portraits Photography with a Smile

  Venture Portraits My family and I visited a Venture portraits franchise to have our portraits taken in Warrington; only last week and to be honest I was taken by surprise considering what I have encountered with the online reviews. A friend recommended them as we were looking for a family portrait, a family venture portrait with everyone that is, James my youngest was behaving like a typical 3 year old racing around and had no intention of standing still. Patience was needed and I have to say the staff at Venture portraits were great with him as they were with all of us. The setup was perfect, great studio, warm and friendly staff and encouraging - even with James! I dare say we could have found somewhere cheaper but a friend recommended them so we decided to go and I'm glad we did. The Venture portraits results were very good, I probably spent more than I should have, but the photography will last a life time which is what its all about - isn't it? As an experience I couldn't find fault with the Venture portraits service, I've done a few weddings myself, I wouldn't say I'm an expert but more an overly-keen amateur. I could have done our own but sometimes its nice to relax infront of the camera and have the weight of responsibility removed. If your thinking about it, then I'd recommend them, yes Venture portraits probably do cost more than a few others and if cost is an issue then shop around.
