Specialist Services:

Our classes consist of a general warm up for preparation, pad work and partner work.

Thai Boxing involves a lot of cardio, conditioning (press ups etc), fighting technique and self defence. The classes are fairly intense but you go at your own pace.

Kids classes (5-13yrs) - Saturday at Harris Girls' Academy - 11am - 12noon. Check the website for map and location.
