Brief business description

Letterbox Library is a non-profit workers co-operative. It was started eighteen years ago by two single mothers operating from home, who wished to provide multicultural and non-sexist books for children - offering essential topics and titles which were sadly neglected by mainstream booksellers. Over the years they have expanded but still hold firm to their co-operative values of self-help, self-responsibility, democracy, equality, equity and solidarity.
