Since our opening in 2000 the Asante Academy has provided patients with quality healthcare at affordable prices. Asante is now considered to be one of the leading Chinese medicine clinics in Europe. Based in Archway, North London, our team of more than twenty experienced doctors from many well-known Universities in China and the UK headed by the Academy's principal, Prof. Song Xuan Ke, provide a comprehensive service of specialist treatments covering all areas of Chinese Medicine. Our clinic offers six treatment rooms and a pharmacy fully stocked with raw herbs, herbal pills, ointments and teas. Treatments include Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Tuina (Chinese Massage), Cupping, Moxibustion, Electro-Acupuncture, Hypnopuncture, Reiki & Hypnotherapy. Asante also work in partnership with the NHS providing treatments in two NHS hospitals. 3 individual clinics are run in the hospitals including pain clinics and treatments on the labour ward at Whittington Hospital. Asante works in collaboration with Middlesex University to provide clinical training and research for the four year degree programme in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This programme was the first ever to be jointly run and validated by Beijing University and a European University. The programme is the only integrated TCM degree course of its kind in the UK. Asante also run training programmes at different levels offering courses in Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Chinese Medicine Diagnostics, Tuina and Tai Chi. All practitioners have membership to either the Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine or the British Acupuncture council. All our practitioners are trained to the highest standard with qualifications from China and here in the UK.
