Dear sir, I have a small confusion,Plz advice me regarding Place-bet. In one race, there are 8 horses. If I play one horse as a place bet and for any reason before the race starts one horse gets withdrawn ( Now 7 runners). My QUESTION is:- If the horse i played comes 3rd then should i get payement or not? any reason/rules? Waiting 4 ur most valued reply, Thanking you. Regards. Hasmukh Shah
