We had a fireplace fitted this week and we are delighted. The company helped us with what was a difficult decision to make, kept us informed, and fitted it on time. The finished fireplaced exceded our expectations.

Good product, poor service
Nice shop with a good range of fireplaces on display. Friendly staff and a good product at a fair price. However, poor customer service once order has been placed and installation not up to scratch. Bad communication between Management is compromising customer relationship.
