I wanted to buy my girlfriend an engagement ring but I wanted something that was unique. I didn't want to simply buy the biggest diamond from the cheapest website. I was shown a beautiful hand-drawn sketch showing their artists impression of my unique ring and once we'd agreed on the diamond selection and the final draft of the sketch, I confirmed my order with a 50% deposit. Around 2 weeks later I received the package at my desk (my colleagues at citibank asset management were gawping in awe when I opened it!). Sheer perfection, sheer class, absolutely unmistakable quality. Of course, she said YES! :), so thanks guys!
