Grumpy but knowledgeable and let you take a lens outside to shoot something other than price tags under shop lighting. Straight talking rather than the 'everythings great' mentality of some stores who just want to sell you whatever you show interest in. Good stock

I went to ask for a second hand lens, the old man couldn't bother to assist me. When I asked for a lens he didn't even know he had the one I was looking for until he opened his shelf. His attitude was appaling, it was as he was asking me to leave the shop and was selling a 2nd hand lens at almost the same price as the new one. He said go buy it online then when I asked for other lenses to look at. Awful, appaling, I wonder how they still operate, don't ever buy from them!

Discussing buying a new lens. When I asked how much trade-in I would get for my old one I was given a low price, I said I would not bother and would sell it on-line, sales assistant swears at me under his breath and mutters about getting advice on-line as well. Lots of other camera shops round here, suggest using one that is not rude
