  I've got to say I've had nothing but a good experience with Century. I was taken on the books straight away and have had work since. In this industry you may not always be what the agency wants for its working models and some have services to help you get to that stage. My first photoshoots were with photographers registered with such agencies and I chose the ones I was happy to pay for. I wanted a good set of 1st images to kick start things. Yes you shouldn't spend out lots of money on scam offers without a realistic idea of what you can achieve as a model and network within the industry to gain a better understanding, that's the best advice from my experience. Century came recommended to me and I've not been disappointed.

  I have been there myself and the advice I received was very practical as a new model in the business for sure I will need some experience to land jobs and be able to stand up myself, most agencies now days don't pay for your portfolio unless you have exclusive contract with them and people who do that are bigger agencies like Storm or Models one etc. I am sure you have been to some other agencies and did not get what you want, sorry if you have had some bad experiences in the past, but do remember that if you want to be a nurse you will have to take up some training at your own cost, so the same applies here

• Scam

  This is a scam, this agency are just trying to sell you a portfolio. I went for an interview and the lady told me that my portfolio was no good and i needed to pay thier photogrpher £350 to take some pics otherwise they wouldn't find me any work. She also tried to get me to pay to go on a modeling course they were running which costs £250 where i would learn how to be a model!!! There was a number of young girls sat waiting for thier interview which makes me think that it wasn't just me this has happened to. If you get invited to see these people please don't get your hopes up. They just want your money.
