    I had a particularly bad experience with this lot. They hugely overcharged me, further damaged my engine and then refused to accept that they had. I popped the car in for a full service (though i'd give her a treat before making a long journey). When i got the car back and was driving it home, it overheated and stopped working. They had not reconnected a hose and had split another hose (a mechanic has since told me that this would have been through pressure testing and that any mechanic worth his job would have spotted this i.e. basic stuff). I am a nice chap and tried to discuss this with them but as mentioned above, they got abusive and aggressive. They charged again for a new hose and to fit it...Note the lack of good reviews....If i could give zero stars above i would.
