Wrapit plc

Up until closing the list WrapIt were wonderful, and I was very happy with the service. Since then they've been awful, we've had no gifts delivered at all. No correspondence despite emailing/phoning to find out the progress on our list. Our guests are asking why our gifts have not been delivered, and we have to explain. They expect to see some evidence of the money they spent, and so do we. I would not recommend this business, and would certainly not use them again.

4 months after closing our list we are still waiting on delivery of our gifts. No calls are returned and when they do finally come back to you there are excuses and no guarantees on when goods will arrive. Horrendous company!!!! There are so many reviews from 2008 which seem to suggest that this company is in serious difficulty. I would advise anyone to stay well clear of wrapit and stick to a company like John Lewis!

OK so some presents took longer than others to arrive, but I used to work in tableware and I know that lots of european companies take ages to produce some things and shut for the summer etc etc. Wrapit were friendly and kept me informed the whole time. I'm really pleased with their service and wholly recommend them.

Words fail me - seriously, they are the worst comapny I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Inital service was fantastic, but as soon as the list was closed and the delivery period of the process was entered into everything headed south. I don't have an unreasonable expectation of service levels, or think we're the only couple they are dealing with, but 27 weeks after we closed our list we are still waiting on stuff with no end in sight - or a suitable apology or any sign that they care! Dreadful.

I have to disagree with some of the reviews I've seen on other websites. Wrap it has been excellent from start to finish. We were well aware of possible delays in delivery of items when we signed up so having to wait an extra few weeks is really not that bad!! Some people have obviously got very worked up - thinking they are the only couples that Wrap it has and that they should be attended to immediately - seems like Wrap it are doing a great job in a very competitive market -- keep it up Wrap it - you haven't let us down at all!!!
