Vegetarian Cafe serving a wide range of dishes made with natural ingredients and a lot of care
Expect to be greeted with a smile and the aroma of home cooking, and appreciate that all food and salads are freshly prepared and cooked on site. Vegetarian or not, you will still find something on the menu that will tantalise your taste buds. Service is quick so if you're in a hurry fill your Beatroot lunchbox and sprint back to the office, alternatively sit in and read the latest copy of Positive News- it will inspire you to go out and do some goodness in the world. Most ingredients used are organic and I love the fact that the lighting is wind powered. There’s a vibrate energy that makes you enjoy your food even more and to cure those Monday morning hangovers try a smoothie or if you can stomach it, a wheat grass shot!

Funky, not flaky - Beatroot is a restaurant/cafe/takeaway place ironically close to the Soho meat market that avoids the zealots that ruin other vegetarian places. The food is organic and fresh, and you can choose from a variety of styles (mostly Indian and Med) and a variety of dishes to fill your lunchbox. Lots of juices, sweets and prepared cold drinks add to the variety. Great way to get your 5 a day!
