Bad Points: 1. All correspondence not only sent to the "Man of the House" (never including the woman's name) but also with spelling mistakes. It also came across that they don't even check the information before sending out 2. Every phone call about issues with the property, e.g. plumbing problems, wasp nest outside the window, cracks on the walls, severe mouls attacking walls and some requests (like, can we have a pet in the flat) were ignored. They simply never contact you unless it's about how much money THEY can get 3. We rented two flats from them (big mistake) and both times we had trouble with getting our deposit back. It took them 2 months the first time (there was no dispute about the deposit!), the second time we had to take the matter to money retrieving agency 4. The re seems to be no communication between them whatsoever. one minute I was a house-wife (they called me that ringing my work number..), the other time we were not married, lived somewhere else.. you name it!
