An obstacle to Kings Cross renovation

I am very disappointed about the Swintons as it is now compared to the great place it used to be. I was a regular customer and have enjoyed it for many years when coming to London on business, it was my place of choice for getting customers to sign a contract or just when on a short romantic city break. Unfortunately the quality and service have degraded to a point I would qualify as lower than crap especially since September 2009. For some reason this has changed such as I don't think I will ever be a client again and wouldn't recommend this venue to anyone, not even to my ennemy. The very classy and friendly Swintons has been ruined and became less than a kebab shop unfortunately (respect for the kebab shops' owners that actually are better than this place nowadays). Shame on the crooks who took over the finest place in Kings Cross to make it the rubbish that it is now. Oh, and to the attention of their webmaster, 'temperory' spells 'temporary' an 'comming soon' spells with one 'm', not two. No wonder why this place is such a rundown bollock when the new owners can't even spell...
