  • 1 Foxtons - do not use them!

    I used Foxtons as a tenant. The property search was fine but when I signed up with them on a contract, their 'fully managed service' was just empty words. They claimed to not be able to fix anything that went wrong int he flat because they did not have contractors, they make the tenant pay for EVERYTHING (such as inventory and check out) and will argue with you just to make money out of you. DO NOT use them - they charge so high for a service that is mediocre at best.
