CLP

I was drawn in by the appeal of CLP's low printing costs, but once I got to their office (a tiny room full of printers in the mazy corridors of a warehouse, staffed by a single person), I could see where they were saving their money. Their single member of staff turned out to be extremely rude and unhelpful, groaning loudly that the file format I'd given him would be a "nightmare" to print, and being quite openly furious at me for not having anticipated this. These guys are probably fine for simple photocopying, but they seemed so stressed at the "nightmare" of printing a booklet from a couple of PDFs that I didn't want to trust them with an urgent project, and took my business somewhere else. (I sent them an email the next day explaining why I wouldn't be using them in future, and got a one-line reply of "We are always happy to lose time wasters." - customer service does not appear to be a priority for CLP printing.)
