    This is my first experience of MMA (mixed martial arts) and I'm hooked already. A hands-on and energetic class; I'm feeling the pain but also the gain. Social atmosphere, lead by a friendly and experienced Welshman (but don't let that put you off).

  • 10 Great workout!

    Martial arts class for beginners. Jamie (who teaches) has vast experience in martial arts and is very good with us newbies. The atmosphere is very relaxed and good spirited Because it's mixed martial arts you get the best from many worlds, which is awesome. This martial arts class leaves you wanting more! It's on at 19.00 every Monday and costs £6.50 (well worth it).
