Dissappointing Experience

We have been frequenting Frankies for a number of years and have always had a fabulous experience, we usually come away recommending it to friends and family. Unfortunately we came away yesterday with a not so good experience, we arrived at 5pm, the restaurant was practically empty, our meals took far too long to arrive, and we were overcharged on our desserts but the manage was rude and offensive and didn't listen to our objections. Needless to say we will not be going back to Frankies certainly not in 2010 and will from now on frequenting the many other good restaurants and bars that Putney has to offer.
